        I have come to within a hairsbreadth of throwing out the entire Bible because of people preaching hatred in God’s name. It has left me feeling bereft. I have never felt further from lost loved ones as I do now.

        It seems to me that Christ’s message was a message of love and not hate. Some have used the Bible to illustrate that God hates the same people that they do. Nothing could be further from the truth.
